We ask that you choose thoughtfully, as we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. But don’t worry, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 💖

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll absolutely make it right. You’ll be able to choose between an exchange or store credit. Our goal is for you to feel as magical in your clothing as we felt creating it.
🌷 How long do I have to contact you?
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can help sprinkle some glitter back on your experience.
🌼 Do I need to return the item?
Yes, items need to come back to us unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Think of it as sending your piece back home so it can be reborn into something new just for you.
🌈 Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover the cost of return shipping, unless your item is faulty. In those cases, we’ll take care of everything, because you deserve stress-free sparkle.
🌹 Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?
Custom and made-to-order designs are created especially for you, which makes them final sale. We can’t accept returns or exchanges on these special items unless they arrive faulty. They’re one-of-a-kind treasures stitched just for you.
💌 How do I request an exchange?

with your order number and a little note about the issue. Once we approve it, we’ll guide you through the return process step by step. As soon as your item is safely back with us, we’ll organise your exchange or send out your store credit so you can find something else that makes your heart glitter. 🌙✨
